Terms of Business

We require a deposit of the total amount of the estimated disbursements. Disbursements are payments made by us on our clients behalf to third parties including crematorium and cemetery fees for example.

 

This deposit must be paid to us within 48 hours of the funeral arrangements, and the balance must be paid to us within 30 days of the date of the final account.

 

We do not charge interest.

 

We do not charge for late payment of sums when there is an agreement to pay by instalments within a 12 month period. If there is no agreement to pay by instalments we reserve the right to pass an outstanding account to a third party debt collection agency with associated costs.
