On 19th March 2017, peacefully in hospital. James aged 77 years. Beloved husband of Joan, much loved father of Lynn, Stephen and Beccy, dear father-in-law of Derek and Liz, dearly loved grandad of James, Alyssia, Eloise, Joe, Tom and Zac, treasured great-grandad of Piper also dear brother of Enid. A service in St Cuthbert’s Church, Darwen on Thursday, 30th March at 1 p.m. will be followed by a private cremation at Pleasington. Black not required by request.
