On 30th March 2015, peacefully in Northwood Nursing Home, Blackburn. Elsie aged 83 years. The dearly loved wife of the late Jeff, much loved mother of Jeff, Graham, Stephen and Mark, dear mother-in-law of Rosemary, Debbie, Heather and Sue also a loving grandma, great-grandma and dear sister of Beryl, Eileen, Betty, Ronnie, Bill and the late Margaret and John also a dear sister-in-law.
